FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CLEAN YOUR SYSTEM

 

WINDOWS XP USERS WILL NEED TO DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE BEFORE STEP THREE

If you are getting the error message on your screen that your pc is about to close in 60 seconds then do not panic.

Click the start button, click run and in the box type this exactly as I have done  shutdown –a

Now that the countdown has stopped you must go straight to Microsoft to install a patch or step three will be a exercise in futility.

SCAN AND SCAN AGAIN

 

Now you have done everything needed to remove and protect from reinfection.

Lets find out if its really gone.

On the antivirus page of this site you will find 3 different free online virus scanners.

Use one or two of them now to be totally sure your system is clean.

 

A few things to keep in mind

Personally I prefer to run cleaning tools in safe mode.

 

When you think you have cleaned it then go to my anti virus page and run every online scanner there to be totally sure you are clean.

 

XP users once you are completely sure your system is clean remember to re-enable system restore.

 

Finally Go to windows updates site and get every single critical update.
