WHY IS MY COMPUTER SO SLOW NOW

Most often the reason is all those programs you have installed in your general use of the computer has taken up some of the system resources. To help speed things up a good method is to run a MSCONFIG. the site here is very easy to follow and also has a link to pacs portal. This will show you most things you may find in the startup and if they are actually needed. If they are not needed then uncheck them

MY WEB CAM IS NOT WORKING

Most common problems with web cams are caused by a wrong install.

Web cams are normally USB and need to be installed in the correct order.

The best way to fix this is to go into the device manager and delete all references to the web cam. Unplug the cam from the computer and restart the computer.

This time you install the driver disk that came with your cam and if it asks you to plug the cam in then do so, if it does not ask you to then do not.

Instead turn the computer off and plug the cam in then turn it back on again.

This time windows should see and install the cam properly.
